TodiTech SMS Program – Terms & Conditions

Program description:

TodiTech operates an SMS program for its employees only. Messages are work-related, including support ticket alerts, scheduling updates, and account verification codes. TodiTech does not send marketing messages through this program.

How employees opt in: 

During onboarding, employees sign a paper SMS consent form. A copy of the form is available at https://www.toditech.com/sms-consent-form. The consent wording is:

“I agree to receive SMS messages from TodiTech for work-related notifications, including support ticket alerts, scheduling updates, and account verification codes. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of employment.”

Message frequency varies based on work activity.

Msg & data rates may apply.

 

Opting out:

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. To rejoin, reply START.
